Bright straw yellow in color with a very fine perlage. The nose features prominent notes of pastry, hazelnut, and spices (cloves, star anise), along with hints of hydrocarbons, green tea, and coffee. On the palate, it shows great complexity and remarkable elegance: the evolutionary nuances are well-balanced by an excellent acidity, leading to a long finish with returning notes of citrus and almond. A wine with great aging potential.

Chardonnay 80% Pinot nero 20%  ·  Yield 90 q/ha  ·  Sugars 3 g/L

Straw yellow in color with a fine and persistent perlage. Delicate olfactory notes of white flowers are complemented by hints of bread crust and pastry. On the palate, it is complex and well-balanced, with good acidity and a long-lasting finish.

Satèn “Per Ginevra”

Chardonnay 95% Pinot bianco 5%  ·  Yield 90 qli/ha  ·  Sugars 3 g/L

Straw yellow in color. The nose features prominent notes of bread crust and yeast, complemented by floral hints. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-balanced, with a long finish guaranteed by a good level of acidity.

Peach blossom pink in color; the nose features prominent notes of red and black fruits, such as cherry and blueberry, accompanied by hints of bread crust. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with a good acidity and a long-lasting finish.
